• We do not guarantee visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
• It is our responsibility to keep you informed about the final decision on your visa application as made by the immigration authorities. At www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae, we are dedicated to offering prompt updates and will assist with any necessary follow-up actions in response to feedback from the authorities.
• Optional Services and Additional Costs: We offer a variety of optional services including express processing, insurance, and service upgrades, each available for an additional fee. Please note that opting for these enhancements is entirely at your discretion. We encourage you to carefully consider the associated costs of these options to ensure they align with your needs and preferences before proceeding.

Terms of Fee, Payment, and Payment Method Policy

• Payment to www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae: Users agree to make payments exclusively to the bank accounts registered under the name of Insta Tourism LLC. We do not authorize payments to personal or third-party accounts. www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae, its agents, representatives, or employees will never request a customer to transfer funds to a private or unofficial account. Should a user transfer funds to an unaffiliated account, www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae disclaims liability for such transactions. Users acknowledge that they cannot recover from www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae any amounts transferred erroneously to third parties.
• Refund Policy: Refunds on cancelled bookings, where applicable, will be processed to the original account or payment method (Bank Transfer/credit/debit card, etc.) used for the transaction, in accordance with our cancellation policy detailed on the booking page or otherwise communicated in writing.
• Payment Modes: www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae offers a variety of secure payment options, including but not limited to Credit/Debit Cards from major banks, and Net Banking from all leading banks. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (Emirati Dirham).
• Tax and Additional Charges: you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, charges, fees, duties, and assessments for services booked through www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae.

• The currency for transactions on our website is the Emirati Dirham (AED).
• The completion of payment transactions will be confirmed by the bank, Service Provider, or Third Party involved.
• Payments made in currencies other than AED are subject to currency conversion charges by the payment gateway or bank.
• www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the specified timeframe.
• You are responsible for any increase in prices due to real-time embassy/consulate price changes or due to tax rate changes or new taxes imposed by the Government of the UAE, by local laws.
• By making a booking, you confirm authorization to make payments on your behalf or on behalf of others included in the booking. www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae is not responsible for disputes over payment authorization.

Terms and Conditions

• Accuracy of Documents and Information: You are responsible for providing all necessary documents and information accurately. Inaccuracies may lead to application delays or rejections. www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae will not be held liable for these delays or rejections.
• Visa Processing Times: You need to understand that the processing times we provide are estimates, based on the average processing timelines of the respective embassy or consulate. While we strive for efficiency, www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae cannot guarantee these estimated times.
• Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete application submissions, closures of embassies/consulates, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
• Mandatory Initial Documentation: you are required to submit a complete set of documents at the outset of the application process. This set includes but is not limited to, valid personal identification, detailed travel itinerary, confirmed accommodation bookings, financial proofs, and any additional documents deemed necessary for the specific application.
• Additional Documentation Requests: During the application process, if the immigration authorities demand further supportive documents, we will formally request these from you. The timely submission of these additional documents is critical to avoid delays in the application processing.
• Travel and Lodging Documentation: On the request, you must provide detailed evidence of roundtrip flight bookings and hotel reservations. Additionally, emergency contact information must be supplied to www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae for recordkeeping and contingency purposes.
• Timeliness of Document Provision: To facilitate efficient service delivery, you are expected to provide all necessary documents within a 24 hour window from the request. This promptness is essential for the swift processing of applications.
• Availability of Expedited Services: www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae offers expedited processing services for visa applications, which are subject to additional charges. These services are designed to accommodate those who require faster processing times and are dependent on the specific requirements and regulations of the destination country.
• Pre-Processing Acknowledgment: Before submitting your visa application to the immigration department, we may request your explicit approval to proceed via email, especially in cases where there's a higher risk of application rejection based on our assessment and experience with applications from your country.
• Acknowledgement Terms &  Risk of Rejection: By consenting to proceed, you acknowledge the possibility that your visa application may not be approved by the immigration authorities.
• Liability and Refunds: You accept that www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae will not be liable for the rejection of your visa application. Furthermore, in the event of rejection, you understand that you will not be entitled to a refund for any service fees paid to us for the processing of your visa application.
• Sponsorship and Security Deposits: We, as your sponsor for travel to the UAE Oman and Saudi, INSTA TOURISM LLC reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit before your travel. Whether a deposit is required will be communicated directly to you, the user.
• Transaction Records: Cardholders are obliged to retain copies of transaction records and our policies and rules as displayed on the Site.
• User Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and personal information. It is advisable to ensure secure access to your account and to regularly update your password.
• OFAC and Sanctioned Countries: We do not trade with or provide services to individuals and companies owned or operated in OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Approval or Rejection: After your visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, whether it is approved or rejected, no refunds will be available for the www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae service fee or the embassy fees.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Applications: If a cancellation request is made due to an application being incomplete or filled out incorrectly, no refunds will be available for the www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae service fee.
• Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events: In scenarios where service cancellations are necessitated by unforeseeable and uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, accidents, government impositions, or other force majeure circumstances, we retain the discretion to issue partial refunds. The determination of the refund amount will be judiciously made, considering the specific circumstances and impacts of the event.
• Non-refundable Processed Applications: Once an application has been processed, based on the customer's explicit consent, we regret that no refunds can be accommodated, as resources and costs have been committed.
• Approved Visa Applications: Refunds are not feasible for approved visa applications. However, we offer assistance in cancelling the approved documents if such an action is permissible by the concerned authority, noting that this service incurs a charge.
• Withdrawal of Unprocessed Applications: You should decide to withdraw your application after acceptance but before processing by the immigration department, a fixed deduction of 40% will be applied. This fee accounts for incurred pre-processing charges, taxes, marketing expenses, and ancillary costs.
• Extended Processing Times: Delays in application processing due to extensive reviews, security clearances, blacklist verifications, or any other scrutiny will not qualify for a refund.
• Non-utilization of Issued Visa: In instances where a visa has been issued but remains unused due to personal contingencies or unforeseen events, Insta Tourism LLC is unable to provide a refund.
• Embassy Fees: Please note that any fees paid directly to the embassy or consulate for visa processing are typically non-refundable.
• Processing Time Consideration: Delays in processing by the embassy or consulate do not affect the refundability of the service fees or embassy fees.
• Application Rejection: We are unable to offer refunds for applications that are rejected during the processing phase.
• Visa Refusal Coverage: It only protects the visa rejection if the visa is not rejected due to security reasons, blacklisting, profession or financial codes
• www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae shall not be liable to refund any amount lost due to any travel restriction imposed by concerning government or visa issuing authorities.
• Additional Documents: There could be a possibility of a visa getting delayed due to additional documents required by immigration after the application is processed.

Liability Limitations

• www.InstaDubaiVisa.ae is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, denials, or other issues arising from the visa application process.
• Our liability is limited to the service fee paid by you for the specific visa application assistance provided.
• As a facilitator of visa applications, our role is strictly limited to processing applications as per the guidelines of the respective immigration authorities. We possess no influence over the decision-making process, and thus, cannot guarantee the outcome of the visa application.

Your Responsibilities: By using our services, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information throughout the visa application process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and restrict access to your computer or device.
• Ensuring all required documents are valid and genuine.
• Reviewing and understanding the visa requirements and visa fees for your destination country.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your information due to your failure to keep your account information secure.
• You/Cardholders are obliged to retain copies of transaction records and our policies and rules as displayed on the Site.
• Promotional Calls and Opt-Out Option: As part of our commitment to offering you tailored travel experiences, we may contact you with promotional calls to suggest upgrades and additional services. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you are welcome to request our executive to activate the Do Not Disturb (DND) feature on your account at any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fee Agreement: When you submit your visa application, you are agreeing to the fee structure as presented by Insta Tourism LLC. Any claims of our fees being higher than other market service providers will not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or refund post submission.

Processing Time and Responsibility

• The processing times provided are estimates based on standard timelines from the relevant visa-issuing authorities. Insta Tourism LLC is not responsible for any delays beyond the provided estimated processing times.
• We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or errors in printing from the visa-issuing authorities. While we provide guidance and assistance, the ultimate decision-making and issuance lie with the authorities.

Visa Cancellation Policy

• Please note that our processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the costs associated with the initial preparation and handling of your visa application.
• Should you choose to cancel your visa application before we have submitted it to the relevant authorities, you are eligible for a refund of the actual government visa fee. However, our processing fees are non-refundable.
• Once your visa application has been submitted to the relevant authorities, we cannot offer a refund as our service is considered fully rendered. The application process at this stage is in the hands of the relevant governmental or visa-issuing authorities and is beyond our control.
• If you wish to cancel an application that has been either approved or rejected, you will be responsible for paying the government visa cancellation fee along with our service charge for the cancellation process.
• If your visa application is rejected by the relevant government authority, no refunds will be issued for either the government fee or our visa processing fee, as our service is deemed to have been rendered.
• If you are unable to provide the necessary documents for your visa application and wish to cancel before we apply on your behalf, you are eligible for a refund of the government fee only.
• If your application is incomplete due to pending documents after submission, no refund will be provided, as the application has already been processed and our service fee incurred.
• If a visa application must be cancelled due to incorrect or false information provided by the applicant, no refunds will be provided for either the government fee or our processing fee.
• If the visa-issuing authority cancels your application for reasons beyond our control (such as changes in visa policy or application quotas), our processing fee remains non-refundable. Any government fees refunded to us will be passed on to you.
• If you choose to withdraw your application after submission but before a decision is made by the visa-issuing authority, in this case, you will be charged more for visa application cancellation.
• If an authority rejects a visa before arrival after initial approval, or if entry into the country is not permitted despite holding an approved visa, it is within the sole discretion of the respective immigration authority. In such cases, you are not eligible for any cancellation or refund from Insta Tourism LLC.
• If the visa application is rejected due to a duplicate application submitted by the client through another agent, we are not liable for a refund. This scenario falls under client responsibility and prevents the processing of a visa due to regulations against simultaneous applications by different agencies.
• If the visa application processing time is extended due to additional security checks or holds by the immigration security department, the fee remains non-refundable. Such delays are outside the control of Insta Tourism LLC and are governed by the security protocols of the immigration authorities.
• In the case of opting for our Express Service by paying an additional cost, if we fail to deliver your visa within the promised timeframe and the delay is solely due to our processing speed, you are entitled to a full refund of the express fee only. However, the express fee is non-refundable if the application is delayed due to a security check for blacklisting or is rejected because of a duplicate visa application in the immigration system.
• In the case of purchasing bundled services, such as Visa + Insurance, it is our policy to process the travel insurance first, followed by the visa application, which will include the insurance document. If the visa application is subsequently rejected and the travel insurance has already been purchased, please be aware that the travel insurance fee is not refundable or cancellable. This policy ensures that travellers are covered during the visa application process, but also acknowledges that once issued, the travel insurance policy is active and cannot be revoked, regardless of the visa outcome.
