Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & acceptance

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate programme (the “Programme”). By applying to, enrolling in, or promoting the Company through the Programme, you (the “Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate. “Company”, “we” or “us” means the operator of this website and its affiliated entities.

2. Definitions

• Referred Customer — a customer who reaches the website through your unique affiliate link or who enters your affiliate code at checkout.
• Qualifying Order — a paid order placed by a Referred Customer that is validly attributed to you and is not refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.
• Attribution Window — the period during which an order is credited to you after a Referred Customer’s tracked visit, as configured in the Programme.
• Commission — the amount payable to you on a Qualifying Order at the applicable rate.
• Clearance Period — the hold period after which a pending Commission becomes payable, provided no reversal has occurred.
• Clawback — the reversal or recovery of a Commission when the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.

3. Enrolment & eligibility

• You apply through the affiliate portal. Approval is at the Company’s sole discretion, and we may decline or revoke any application.
• You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and current information, and keep it updated.
• You must complete identity and, where applicable, tax verification (“KYC”) before any payout is released.
• One affiliate account per person or entity. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be closed and their commissions voided.

4. Referral tracking & attribution

• Referrals are tracked by a cookie set from your unique link, or by your affiliate code entered at checkout.
• Attribution is last-touch within the Attribution Window. An order is credited to you only when our systems record valid tracking; our records are conclusive.
• Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control (for example a customer clearing cookies, using ad-blockers or a different device, or not entering a code). Orders that are not tracked do not qualify and no Commission is due.
• Orders you place for yourself, your own household, or your own business, and any self-referral, do not qualify for Commission.

5. Commissions

• Commission is earned on the Company’s net service revenue for a Qualifying Order at the rate shown in your portal. Unless stated otherwise, Commission is calculated on our service fee and excludes government fees, third-party charges, taxes, and payment-gateway costs.
• Rates vary by service and may change; volume-based tier rates may apply. The rate in effect when the order is placed governs that order.
• The Company’s transaction records are the definitive basis for all Commission calculations.

6. Commission status & clearance

• A Commission is first recorded as pending.
• It becomes approved (payable) only after the Clearance Period has passed and/or the underlying order is completed, and provided the order has not been refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.
• Pending Commissions are not payable and may be cancelled at any time before they clear.

7. Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks (clawback)

Because Commission is only earned on completed, paid business, any reversal of the underlying order reverses the Commission:

• If a Qualifying Order is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back (in whole or in part), the associated Commission is clawed back.
• A pending or approved-but-unpaid Commission for such an order is cancelled, or reduced pro-rata for a partial refund.
• A Commission that has already been paid to you for such an order becomes an amount owed back to the Company. We may offset it against your current or future Commissions, or invoice you for it, and you agree to repay it on demand.
• Chargebacks and suspected fraud may additionally result in suspension of your account and withholding of payouts pending investigation.

8. Payouts

• Approved Commissions are paid per the schedule and method shown in your portal, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
• You must complete KYC and provide valid payout details before any payout is released.
• Payouts may be made in the currency shown in your portal; where conversion is needed, the Company’s applicable exchange rate is used.
• You are solely responsible for all taxes on your Commissions. We may withhold amounts where required by law.
• We may withhold or delay a payout pending verification, investigation, dispute resolution, or clawback.

9. Sub-affiliates & overrides

Where the Programme allows you to refer other affiliates, any override Commission on their earnings is subject to the same clearance and clawback rules, and is cancelled if the underlying Commission is reversed.

10. Prohibited practices

You must not:

• self-refer, or place your own orders through your link or code;
• send spam or any unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging, or breach any anti-spam or marketing law;
• bid on the Company’s brand or trademark terms in paid search, or use confusingly similar domains, ad text, or social handles;
• misrepresent the Company, our prices, processing times, or services — including any claim of guaranteed visa approval or any suggestion that you are the Company or a government authority;
• use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, adware/malware, bots, or any fraudulent or artificial traffic;
• offer unauthorised rebates, cashback, or incentives; or
• engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or brand-damaging activity.

Any breach voids affected Commissions and may result in termination and recovery of amounts already paid.

11. Marketing materials & brand use

Use only the approved creatives and links provided in the portal. Do not alter our logos or marks. Your promotion must be truthful and must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, data-protection, and platform rules.

12. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to bind the Company or make representations on its behalf.

13. Confidentiality & data protection

Handle any Company or customer information lawfully and only as permitted. Do not misuse the personal data of Referred Customers, and comply with all applicable data-protection laws.

14. Term, suspension & termination

Either party may end your participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold or void Commissions, for breach, suspected fraud, or chargeback activity. On termination, approved Commissions that are not subject to clawback remain payable subject to the threshold and verification; pending Commissions may be forfeited.

15. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Programme is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any earnings, traffic, conversion, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the Commissions actually payable to you under these Terms.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your participation, your promotional activity, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Changes to the Programme & Terms

We may change commission rates, these Terms, or the Programme at any time. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
